Join us at Imhotep Institute Charter High School on Thursday, January 25th at 6 pmwhere we will continue the conversation about resilience, recruitment and retention of Black Male Educators.
Participants in the ART gatherings are inspired to engage in the exchange of experiences and generate opportunity to address the personal, social and political reality that impact their leadership. It also opens space for cultivating collective vision to solve some of the current challenges in the education landscape.
• Thinking together about the profound difference between people's viewpoints and expressions of care for the Black Male experience
• Understanding care as a bridge for cultivating resilience, retention and recruitment to close the Black Male Educator gap.
• Building the bridge of care for Black Males from within school and community spaces
